“Nakakaranas tayo ng maalinsangang panahon sa buong bansa dahil sa Easterlies. Mula ngayon, ganun din bukas ay patuloy pa rin tayong makakaranas nang mainit at maalinsangang panahon,” said weather specialist Aldczar Aurelio.
(We are experiencing warm and humid weather due to the Easterlies and it may continue until Tuesday.)
In the afternoon edition of its 24-hour public forecast, PAGASA said the Easterlies may bring cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, and Caraga.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country may experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the combined effects of the Easterlies and the localized thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough coastal water conditions may prevail over the seaboards of the northern and eastern sections of the country while the rest of the country may have light to moderate forecast winds and slight to moderate waters.
