Easterlies to prevail over PH; isolated rain showers expected

The easterlies will affect the country on Sunday, and rain showers may be expected, PAGASA said in its forecast.

Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms. Moderate to at times heavy rains may possibly lead to flash floods or landslides.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country on the other hand may expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, with flash floods or landslides possibly occurring during severe thunderstorms.

Coastal waters will be slight to moderate throughout the country.
