Cloudy skies, localized thunderstorms expected across PH

The easterlies and localized thunderstorms will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms across the country, according to PAGASA on Tuesday. 

PAGASA also warned of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. 

The whole country will experience light to moderate winds moving east to northeast and slight to moderate coastal water conditions.
