Easterlies to bring cloudy skies, scattered rains over parts of PH

The easterlies will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers over the eastern sections of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao on Tuesday, PAGASA reported.

Eastern Visayas, Central Visayas, Caraga, Bicol Region, Romblon, Palawan, and Quezon will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the easterlies with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms with flash floods or landslides possibly occurring during severe thunderstorms.

The wind speed forecast for Mindanao is light to moderate moving in the southeast to east direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to southeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
