Habagat to bring cloudy skies, rains over parts of Luzon

Northern and Central Luzon will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the Southwest Monsoon, state weather bureau PAGASA said Tuesday.

In its 24-hour public weather forecast issued at 4 p.m., PAGASA said Ilocos Norte and Ilocos Sur will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms will also be experienced in Metro Manila, Cordillera Administrative Region, La Union, Pangasinan, Zambales, Bataan, Tarlac, Pampanga, and Bulacan.

Localized thunderstorms, meanwhile, will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms to the rest of the country.

Affected residents are advised to take measures against possible flash floods or landslides due to said weather conditions.

On the other hand, light to moderate winds with slight to moderate waters may be felt all over the Philippines.

Sunrise in Metro Manila will be at 5:39 a.m. on Wednesday.—Jiselle Anne Casucian/AOL, GMA Integrated News
