Habagat to bring cloudy skies, isolated rains over parts of North, Central Luzon

The southwest monsoon or habagat will bring cloudy skies with isolated rain showers over the western sections of Northern and Central Luzon on Wednesday, PAGASA reported.

Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Zambales, and Bataan will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the southwest monsoon with flash floods or landslides occurring during severe thunderstorms.

The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms with flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

The wind speed forecast for Luzon light to moderate moving southwestward with slight to moderate coastal waters.

Visayas and Mindanao will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the south to southwest direction with slight to moderate coastal waters.
