Habagat to bring cloudy skies, scattered rain over Luzon, W. Visayas
The southwest monsoon or habagat will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Luzon and the western section of Visayas, PAGASA reported.
Ilocos Region, Zambales, and Bataan will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the southwest monsoon with the possibility of flash floods or landslides occurring due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, and Western Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the southwest monsoon with possible flash floods or landslides occurring during severe thunderstorms.
The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms with the possibility that flash floods or landslides will occur during severe thunderstorms.
The wind speed forecast for Northern Luzon is moderate and moving in the southwest to west direction with moderate coastal waters.
The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the southeast to southwest direction with slight to moderate coastal waters.
