Habagat to bring rains over parts of S. Luzon, Visayas
The Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) will continue to affect the western parts of Southern Luzon and Visayas.
According to PAGASA’s daily weather forecast on Friday afternoon, the Southwest Monsoon may cause cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms in Palawan, and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over Western Visayas, Negros Island Region, Zamboanga Peninsula, and Occidental Mindoro.
The rest of the country may experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.
Possible flash floods or landslides may occur as a result of said weather conditions.
Meanwhile, light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters will be felt all over the Philippines.
