Cloudy skies expected over Luzon due to Amihan
The Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) will bring cloudy skies across Luzon.
According to PAGASA’s daily weather forecast on Saturday afternoon, the Northeast Monsoon will cause cloudy skies with rains over Cagayan Valley, the Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, Quezon, and Camarines Norte, and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms may be expected over the rest of the country due to the easterlies.
Flash floods or landslides may occur as a result of these weather conditions.
Meanwhile, Northern Luzon and the eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon will experience moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough coastal waters.
The rest of the country will have light to moderate winds with slight to moderate seas.
Sunrise in Metro Manila will be at 6:25 a.m. on Sunday. — Jiselle Anne Casucian/VBL, GMA Integrated News
