ITCZ, easterlies to cast cloudy skies over PH

The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) and the easterlies continue to bring cloudy conditions all over the country.

According to PAGASA’s daily weather forecast on Wednesday afternoon, the ITCZ could bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms in Davao Region, SOCCSKSARGEN, and BARMM, and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over the rest of Mindanao.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by the easterlies.

Possible flash floods or landslides may occur in some areas as a result of said weather condition.

Meanwhile, light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters may be felt all over the Philippines.

Temperatures in the country will range from a minimum of 26.9°C to a maximum of 35.2°C over the next 24-hour period.

Sunrise in Metro Manila will be at 5:37 a.m. on Thursday. —Jiselle Anne Casucian/RF, GMA Integrated News
