Rains to be felt over parts of PH due to ITCZ, easterlies — PAGASA

Two weather systems continue to bring rains over several parts of the country, according to PAGASA’s daily weather forecast on Friday afternoon.

The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will cause cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Mindanao, Eastern Visayas, and Palawan, while partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms will be felt over the rest of the countries due to the easterlies.

Possible flash floods or landslides may occur in some areas as a result of said weather conditions.

Meanwhile, light to moderate winds with slight to moderate waters may be expected over the Philippines.

Temperatures in the country will range from a minimum of 25.7°C to a maximum of 35.1°C over the next 24 hours.
