PAGASA: Cloudy weather with chances of rain to prevail on May 17, 2025

Due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) and the easterlies, rains will likely be felt in many parts of the country on Saturday, May 17, 2025, PAGASA said.

In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the weather bureau said Mindanao, Eastern Visayas and Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the ITCZ.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms brought about by the easterlies.

PAGASA said no low pressure areas are being monitored for tropical cyclone formation.
