ITCZ to bring cloudy skies, rains over Mindanao
The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will be affecting Mindanao while the easterlies be affecting the rest of the country on Thursday, PAGASA reported.
Mindanao will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the ITCZ with the possibility that flash floods or landslides will occur due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies with flash floods or landslides occurring during severe thunderstorms.
The wind speed forecast in Luzon is light to moderate and moving in the east to southeast while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
Visayas and Mindanao will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to northeast direction with slight to moderate coastal waters.
