Habagat prevails over Northern Luzon, rest of PH to experience thunderstorms
The Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and localized thunderstorms will influence the country's weather in the next 24 hours, PAGASA said in its Saturday afternoon forecast.
Habagat will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Batanes and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over the Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and the rest of Cagayan Valley.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.
The northern section of Northern Luzon will have moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough coastal waters.
Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas are expected for the rest of the country.
