PAGASA: Isolated rains seen in Metro Manila, parts of PH

State weather bureau PAGASA said the Southwest Monsoon or Habagat and localized thunderstorms will affect the weather conditions in Metro Manila and parts of the country on Tuesday.

At 3 a.m. a low pressure area was also spotted 895 kilometers east of Southeastern Luzon.

In its weather bulletin, PAGASA said Batanes and Babuyan Islands will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to Habagat.

Flash floods or landslides are possible during severe thunderstorms.
