2 LPAs, Habagat to bring rains on Wednesday

The two low pressure areas (LPAs) inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility and the Southwest Monsoon or Habagat will trigger rains in Metro Manila and other parts of the country on Wednesday.

According to the 4 a.m. weather bulletin of PAGASA, the LPA monitored in the vicinity of Patnanungan, Quezon is "unlikely" to develop into a tropical depression.

Another LPA west of Dagupan City, Pangasinan has a "medium" potential of developing into a storm.

Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Central Luzon, and CALABARZON will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the LPA.

The Southwest Monsoon will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains to Visayas, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, Zamboanga Peninsula, and Northern Mindanao.

The rest of Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms also due to the Southwest Monsoon.
