Most parts of Luzon to see cloudy skies, rains

The easterlies will affect most parts of Luzon, according to PAGASA's Thursday morning weather forecast.

Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms will occur in Metro Manila, Visayas, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, Aurora, Bulacan, and Isabela, while the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies.

The Northeasterly Windflow will affect Batanes, Babuyan Islands, and Ilocos Norte, while Mindanao will experience localized thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters are expected throughout the country. — VBL, GMA Integrated News
