Canceled flights for Saturday, Jan. 28, 2017

Some flights for Saturday, January 28, 2017, have been canceled due to inclement weather, airport authorities said.

In a post on its Facebook page, the Manila International Airport Authority announced the cancellation of the following flights:

PAL Express

• 2P 2521: Manila-Cagayan
• 2P 2522: Cagayan-Manila
• 2P 2095: Manila-Surigao
• 2P2096: Surigao-Manila

Philippine Airlines

• PR 2525: Manila-Cagayan
• PR2526: Cagayan-Manila

Cebu Pacific

• 5J 792: Butuan-Manila
• 5J 786: Butuan-Manila
• 5J 504: Manila-Tuguegarao
• 5J 505: Tuguegarao-Manila
• 5J 989: Manila-Gen. Santos
• 5J 990: Gen. Santos-Manila
• 5J 888: Cotabato-Manila

In its 11 a.m., weather bulletin, PAGSA said parts of eastern Visayas and Mindanao are expected to experience moderate to occassional heavy rains and thunderstorms over the weekend due to a low pressure area south of the Philippines.
