Canceled flights due to Typhoon Ulysses

Several flights have been canceled due to inclement weather conditions brought about by Typhoon Ulysses.

As of 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 11, 19 areas have been placed under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 3, with the storm generally moving westward and expected to pass over the seas north of Camarines provinces.
