Free LRT2 rides for seafarers on June 25, 2021

The Light Rail Transit Line 2 (LRT2) will be giving free rides to Filipino seafarers on Friday, June 25, in celebration of the International Day of Seafarers.

According to the LRT Authority on Thursday, Pinoy seafarers can avail of the free rides from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

"Libreng sakay para sa ating mga seafarer!" it said.

The LRTA said the seafarers will need to present their valid seafarer's identification and record book to avail of the free ride. — Ma. Angelica Garcia/BM, GMA News
