More Cebu Pacific flights canceled due to Odette

Budget carrier Cebu Pacific on Wednesday said it has suspended additional flights after Typhoon Odette hit several areas in Visayas and Mindanao.

The following flights are canceled from December 24 to Deceber 31, 2021:

• 5J 559 / 5J 560 Manila – Cebu - Manila
• 5J 561 / 5J 562 Manila – Cebu – Manila
• 5J 563 / 5J 564 Manila – Cebu – Manila
• 5J 565 / 5J 566 Manila – Cebu – Manila
• 5J 567 / 5J 568 Manila – Cebu – Manila
• 5J 575 / 5J 576 Manila – Cebu – Manila
• 5J 581 / 5J 582 Manila – Cebu – Manila 
• 5J 583 Manila – Cebu (except Dec. 31, 2021) 
• 5J 584 Cebu – Manila (except Dec. 24, 2021)

Passengers affected by the changes may select their preferred option through the Cebu Pacific website until 30 days from the date of departure.

Other domestic flights going to and from Cebu may still operate but Cebu Pacific is also offering  flexible options to those who want to postpone their trips until December 31, 2021.

They may conveniently cancel up to two hours before their scheduled time of departure and select their preferred option through the Cebu Pacific website:

1. Rebook

Rebook for travel within 60 days at no additional cost, following CEB’s permanent removal of change fees. Fare difference waived. 

2. Travel Fund 

Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet valid for two (2) years and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (e.g. baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.) — Consuelo Marquez/BM, GMA News
