PITX cancels, limits some trips on Good Friday

The Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) has canceled and limited some trips amid the observance of Good Friday.

In an advisory on Thursday, the PITX said its terminal will remain open for 24 hours on Good Friday but noted that the trips of the following routes will not be available:

• Pio Duran, Albay
• Daet, Camarines Norte
• Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte
• all trips to Camarines Sur
• all trips to Catanduanes
• all trips to Sorsogon
• Occidental Mindoro
• Lemery, Batangas
• trips to Quezon: Calauag, Infanta, San Andres, San Francisco, and Tagkawayan

Meanwhile, the PITX added that the trips in the following routes will be available but “limited” only:

• trips to Batangas: Batangas City, Lipa, Lipa via Tanauan, and San Juan
• Guinayangan, Quezon
• Cavite City (St. Anthony only)
• Naic (Wescab only)
• Ternate (St. Gabriel and St. Anthony only)
• other trips to Cavite: Trece, Dasma, GMA, and Tagaytay
• trips to Albay: Legazpi, Tabaco, and Tiwi

According to the PITX, the operation in the terminal will return to normal on Black Saturday. Eateries will remain open inside the landport, it added. — Joviland Rita/RSJ, GMA News
