Motorists passing Scout Borromeo can now turn and pass up to the flyover, personnel from the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said.
Authorities closed the flyover on June 25 to motorists to repair cracks and holes in its structure.
On June 21, then MMDA chairman Romando Artes said the 30-meter stretch of the flyover would require 30 days to be repaired.
He said around 140,000 vehicles use the EDSA-Kamuning flyover every day. —VBL, GMA News
