Cebu Pacific says flights may be delayed following NAIA 3 power outage

Budget carrier Cebu Pacific on Saturday said flights may be delayed following a power outage at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 (NAIA 3).

Electricity has already been restored at the airport, however.

"Cebu Pacific advises its passengers that electricity has been restored at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 (NAIA T3) and that operations are normalizing," it said.

"As we recover from the power outage and as the situation begins to normalize, please expect delays in some of our flights as we manage the situation. CEB will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available," the airline said.

"We also highly encourage our guests to check in online to expedite the boarding process," it added.

"We appeal for your patience and understanding," the airline said. —KG, GMA News
