MRT3 to suspend operations for Holy Week
The Metro Rail Transit 3 (MRT3) will be suspending its operations from March 28 to 31 to give way to its annual Holy Week maintenance activities.
In an advisory posted on its social media accounts, the Department of Transportation-MRT3 said there will be no operations from Maundy Thursday to Easter Sunday.
The last day of operations for the Holy Week will be on March 27, Holy Wednesday. Regular operating hours will be observed with the last train trips at 9:30 p.m. from North Avenue Station, and 10:09 p.m. from Taft Avenue Station.
Normal operations will resume on Monday, April 1, with first train trips scheduled at 4:30 am from North Avenue Station, and 5:05 am from Taft Avenue Station.—AOL, GMA Integrated News
