Canceled flights on Friday, July 18, 2025
Airport authorities announced the cancellation of some flights on Friday, July 18, due to the unfavorable weather condition brought about by Typhoon Crising.
In an advisory, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) said the following flights are canceled:
- 5J 513: Manila - San Jose
- 5J 514: San Jose - Manila
- 5J 823: Manila – Virac
- 5J 824: Virac- Manila
- 5J 504: Manila - Tuguegarao
- 5J 505: Tuguegarao - Manila
- 5J 506: Manila – Tuguegarao
- 5J 507: Tuguegarao - Manila
- 5J 508: Manila - Tuguegarao
- 5J 509: Tuguegarao – Manila
- 5J 192: Manila – Cauayan
- 5J 193: Cauayan - Manila
- GAP 2962: Busuanga – Manila
- GAP 2018: Manila – Cauayan
- GAP 2019: Cauayan – Manila
- PR 2932: Manila - Basco
- PR 2933: Basco – Manila
- PR 2688: Clark – Basco
- PR 2689: Basco - Clark
- DG 6080: Cebu – Masbate
- DG 6081: Masbate – Cebu
- DG 6113: Manila – Naga
- DG 6114: Naga - Manila
- DG 6117: Manila- Naga
- DG 6118: Naga - Manila
Meanwhile, the following flights will be diverted:
- GAP 296: Manila - Busuanga
Returned back to Manila
- DG 6055: Manila – Busuanga
Returned back to Manila
CAAP said 18 domestic flight cancellations and two flight diversions were also recorded on Thursday, July 17.
A total of 4,229 passengers have been affected by the adverse weather conditions.
“Passengers impacted by the flight disruptions are advised to coordinate directly with their respective airlines for assistance regarding rebooking or refund procedure,” it said.
Busuanga Airport
Meanwhile, flights in the Busuanga Airport in Coron, Palawan were cancelled as the southwest monsoon (habagat) and Crising wreak havoc over the province, according to a Super Radyo dzBB report.
Airport dispatcher Marjo Go said an airport runway said the heavy rains caused flooding in a runway of the airport. —VAL, GMA Integrated News
