Canceled flights on Tuesday, July 22, 2025

Several flights were canceled on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 due to the bad weather caused by the Southwest Monsoon or Habagat.

In an advisory, Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) said the following flights were canceled: 

  • 5J 744: Manila - Hanoi
  • 5J 745: Hanoi - Manila
  • 5J 747: Hanoi - Manila
  • 5J 901: Manila - Caticlan
  • 5J 902: Caticlan - Manila
  • PR 593: Manila - Hanoi
  • PR 594: Hanoi - Manila
  • 5J 565: Manila - Cebu
  • 5J 566: Cebu - Manila
  • 5J 323: Manila - Bicol
  • 5J 324: Bicol - Manila
  • 5J 391: Manila - Laguindingan
  • 5J 392: Laguindingan - Manila
  • 5J 455: Manila - Iloilo
  • 5J 456: Iloilo -  Manila
  • 5J 487: Manila - Bacolod
  • 5J 488: Bacolod - Manila
  • 5J 508: Manila - Tuguegarao
  • 5J 509: Tuguegarao - Manila

CEB193: Cauayan - Manila diverted to Clark 

APG608: Bacolod – Manila diverted to Iloilo

MEDIC5157: Mactan – Manila returned back to Mactan

CAAP said a total of 30 flights have been canceled, while three flights have been diverted.

“Passengers are advised to regularly check the status of their flights with their respective airlines,” it said.

“CAAP continues to monitor the weather and coordinate with airlines and airport authorities to ensure the safe movement of air traffic,” it added. —VAL/VBL, GMA Integrated News
