Pasig River Ferry Service trips still suspended on Monday, Nov. 10, 2025
The trips of the Pasig River Ferry Service will remain suspended on Monday, Nov. 10, due to the expected impact of Super Typhoon Uwan in Metro Manila, according to the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA).
In an advisory on Sunday, the MMDA urged the public to be cautious and be updated with weather reports.
The Pasig River Ferry Service first suspended its trips on Saturday after Metro Manila was placed under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1.
Based on PAGASA’s 11 a.m. cyclone bulletin on Sunday, Metro Manila is under TCWS No. 3 as Uwan maintained its strength.
The super typhoon is expected to make landfall over the central portion of Aurora on Sunday evening or early Monday morning.
MMDA also suspended the expanded number coding scheme on Monday.
Earlier today, Malacañang announced the suspension of government work in nine regions on November 10 and classes in 12 regions on November 10 to 11 due to the impacts of the super typhoon. —Mariel Celine Serquiña/KG, GMA Integrated News
