According to its 4 a.m. bulletin, one LPA within the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) was last located in the vicinity of Baggao, Cagayan. Another LPA was over the coastal waters of Balaon, La Union.
Both LPAs are unlikely to develop into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.
Meanwhile, Typhoon Dolphin is still being monitored outside PAR.
Typhoon Dolphin is expected to strengthen the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) rains as it heads west, according to the PAGASA on Tuesday.
PAGASA said that Typhoon Dolphin may enter PAR, but it will probably only traverse the boundary. — Mariel Celine Serquiña/KG, GMA News
