Class cancellations for Thursday, October 31, 2019

Class cancellations due to preparations for the observance of All Saint's Day.

School

• UP Diliman  — work and classes at all levels suspended starting 12 noon, Oct. 31, 2019 as per Office of the UP president. However, units providing vital public services such as health service (PGH and other health care units), security and police, communications, waste management, and similar units shall observe the regular whole-day schedule.
• All public schools from kindergarten to Grade 12, effective 12 noon

Areas

• Dagupan City — All levels (Public and Private)
• Manila - all levels public and private
• Pasay City — All levels (Public and Private)
• Pangasinan — All levels (Public and Private)
• Tuguegarao City — classes shall be suspended in all levels (including postgraduate) in both public and private schools beginning 12 noon. Work in all government shall likewise be suspended beginning 12 noon. Half-day suspension of work in private companies was also urged.
