The Shear Line is affecting Visayas and the eastern section of Southern Luzon while the Northeast Monsoon (amihan) will continue to affect the rest of Luzon as the easterlies bring cloudy skies with scattered rains over Caraga and Davao region, according to PAGASA.

Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Laguna, Quezon, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Aklan, and Capiz will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms due to the Shear Line with possible flash floods or landslides occurring due to moderate to heavy with at times intense rains.
