Dagupan City suspends classes in all levels, public and private, on Monday, Nov. 10, 2025

Classes in all levels, both public and private, are suspended in Dagupan City on Monday, November 10, 2025, due to the expected impact of Typhoon Fung-wong, which will be given the local name of Uwan once it enters the Philippine area of responsibility.

In an advisory, the government has called on everyone "to stay safe, monitor official advisories, and prioritize the safety of their families."

Acting Mayor Dean Bryan Kua signed the order calling for the suspension of classes on Monday.
