Rochelle Pangilinan takes on co-producer role for SexBomb Girls' new song 'Mama Mama'

Rochelle Pangilinan took on a new role behind the scenes, co-producing the SexBomb Girls’ latest single, “Mama Mama.”

Nearly two decades after the group’s last major musical releases, Rochelle returned not only as one of the performers but also as part of the creative team behind the new song.

The single’s music video brought together the SexBomb Girls and several rising P-pop acts, connecting the group’s generation with today’s Filipino pop scene.

The “Mama Mama” music video has since surpassed 2 million views, showing the continued interest in the group following their return to the spotlight.

The group released albums including “Sumayaw, Sumunod: The Best of the SexBomb Girls” in 2005 and “Daisy Siete: V-Day” in 2006.

The SexBomb Girls first reunited for a concert at the Araneta Coliseum last December, but the overwhelming ticket demand kept them performing for more shows. They also headed on a world tour, visiting cities in Australia and the United States.

Rochelle also previously teased that the Sexbomb Girls are working on new projects for their fans, including new music and a documentary series.

The SexBomb Girls are known for the dance hits "The Spaghetti Song" and "Halukay Ube," among others.
