PBB: Lans Nagal cries after receiving audio message from OFW father

Lans Nagal was moved to tears following a birthday gift from Kuya when she celebrated her special day on "Pinoy Big Brother: Collab Edition 3.0."

After the housemates surprised her with a simple cake, the content creator was brought into the confession room and was tasked with looking for her birthday gift inside the house.

While she was looking, a surprise audio message from her father, Set, played. Set is an overseas Filipino worker.

"How are you there, beh? This day is special because this is the day that you were given to us by God. You completed our family and we thank the Lord that He gave you to us," Set said in Filipino.

Set added that he and Lans' mother are proud to see her grow up with a fear of God, and that she is kind, caring, and beautiful.

"I'm sorry that I wasn't able to follow your and your older brother's growth, I am always gone from your sides during the special days," Set said. "This is to give and provide you with all you need, and to give you a good life, and of course, help you study and finish schooling."

Set also thanked Lans' mother for filling in for what he is lacking.

"We are super proud of what you have already achieved and more of what's to come," he said.

Set reminded Lans to keep her feet on the ground and always thank God.

Lans could not hold back her tears at the message and thanked Kuya. She also thanked her parents for loving her, and said she would choose them in every lifetime.

"PBB: Collab 3.0" premiered in October. Sixteen housemates, composed of celebrity personalities, social media stars, and ordinary netizens, entered the new PBB house.
