Baby Dolls' Juby shares learnings following remarks about Donny Pangilinan
Juby of the Baby Dolls opened up about her recent controversy, wherein she made inappropriate remarks about Donny Pangilinan.
On “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” on Thursday, Juby said that the issue “hit me on my rock bottom.”
According to Juby, she has realized a lot of things after what happened and she considers it as a learning experience since they are still a new girl group.
“Now that we have this platform, I guess I and we will be extra careful moving forward,” Juby said in a mix of Filipino and English.
“We’re okay now because my management and Donny’s management have talked. So with this, we are now focused on the concert, on events,” she added.
In October, Juby became the subject of criticism after she shared in a "Gandang Gabi Vice" episode an intimate dream she had about Donny.
The Pambansang Hype Pop Group is set to hold their Baby Dolls: Ooh La Live show at the SM North EDSA Skydome in Quezon City on November 8.
They rose to fame for appearing on the noontime show "It's Showtime."
Baby Dolls’ hit song, "Oohh Lala Baby," now has more than 13 million streams on Spotify, while "Ikembot Mo" has over four million. These tracks are part of their debut EP "Zoom Baby Dolls," released in March.
Their latest song “Meme” dropped in September.
