Amid bump-off issue, Heart and Chiz move Balesin wedding to February 15; reception in Manila

The date of Heart Evangelista and Chiz Escudero's wedding at the exclusive Balesin Resort in Quezon province has been moved to February 15, 2015, a day after the original plan.

 

Sources close to the senator confirmed the development to GMA News Online amid an issue surrounding the event, which reportedly bumped off another scheduled wedding at the venue on the 14th.

 

The resort's owner Roberto Ongpin said that no wedding had been scheduled on the 14th before the Heart-Chiz wedding. 

 

But television host Cesca Litton later issued a statement saying it was her wedding that was bumped off.

Curiously, both Heart and Cesca are former girlfriends of actor Jericho Rosales.

 

According to the GMA News sources, the decision to move the date had nothing to do with the issue.

 

They added that while an intimate wedding will be held at the resort, a big reception will be held in Manila days after the ceremony.

The original February 14 wedding date would have coincided with Heart's 30th birthday. — JST/NB, GMA News
