Paolo Ballesteros campaigns for Valerie Weigmann for Miss World People's Choice

Paolo Ballesteros is campaigning for support from fans for his former Eat Bulaga co-host Valerie Weigmann in her quest for back-to-back Miss World titles for the Philippines.

 

In his Instagram account, Paolo urged fans to continue voting for Valerie for the People's Choice Award, which could give the winner a ticket to the final round of the pageant.

 

 

"The winner of the People’s Choice Award is announced during the latter stages of the Miss World Final, and the winner, if she is not already selected, will join the final few contestants on stage," according to the Miss World official website. 

 

"These contestants will then face the judges questions before the winner of Miss World 2014 is announced!" 

 

Fans would have to download the Miss World app from the App Store or the Google Play Store. 

 

"This year, you will be allowed one set of three votes, with a bonus set of three votes if you choose to subscribe to the app, which also includes the full Miss World TV coverage of the competition. The most votes any one contestant can receive from an individual is 2 votes. Each set of votes must be for 3 different contestants."

 

Fans can submit votes until the final Miss World show on December 14. — JST, GMA News
