Chris Brown a no-show at New Year's Eve concert at Philippine Arena

American R&B singer Chris Brown announced that he was pulling out of a New Year's Eve concert at Philippine Arena in Bocaue, Bulacan hours before his scheduled performance.

 

According to a report on "State of the Nation," Brown informed organizers mere hours before the show that he was still in Los Angeles after losing his passport.

 

He took to Twitter to apologize to fans.
