Chef Alexander Tanco shares buffet plan for Vic-Pauleen wedding

Ilang oras bago ang kasal nina Bossing Vic Sotto at Pauleen Luna ngayong Sabado, ibinahagi sa “Eat Bulaga!” ang ilan sa mga detalye ng espesyal na araw na ito para sa dalawa; kabilang na ang mga ihahaing pagkain para sa bagong kasal at sa kanilang mga bisita.

Ayon kay Chef Alexander Tanco ng Bizu Patisserie, gaya ng iba pang detalye ng kasal, simple at elegante rin ang tema na mga pagkain na napili ng magkasintahan para sa kanilang wedding reception.

 

“They wanted something that's very simple and elegant. It's unlike the regular and usual na nakikita mong buffet. We try to add that interaction between chef and the customer with regards to the food,” paliwanag niya.

Kabilang daw sa mga special request ni Pauleen ang mga paborito nitong caesar salad at carbonara, habang special request naman ni Bossing ang tempura.

Magiging kakaiba raw ang set-up ng buffet para sa wedding reception na ito dahil magkakaroon ng on-the-spot cooking, carving of the beef, at iba pang interactive stations.

Ayon sa head chef ng kasalang Bossing at Poleng, “Pauleen's favorite would be our caesar salad. The chef will toss the caesar salad on the spot and really grate the special pecorino romano on top. Her other favorite is the pasta—she loves carbonara. We will make things as fresh as possible. On-the-spot cooking of the pasta—you just have this perfect piece of carbonara and just a little bit of cream. She doesn't want it too creamy. She just wants the flavor of the cheese.”

 

“On-the-spot carving of the beef. We even have a tempura station which we know Bossing Vic will really love. He's a very straightforward person. He likes to keep it simple. Simpler flavors are what they are really looking for,” dagdag pa niya.

Pagtatapos ni Chef Alexander, “What they can expect in this event is a more interactive food, food that's more fresh, more simple flavors but very bold. We offer them a systematic arrangement where they get to see the food, smell the food.”

Tinatayang nasa 200 katao ang magiging bisita nina Vic at Pauleen na kinabibilangan ng kani-kanilang pamilya at mga malalapit na kaibigan.

Halos limang taon ang inabot ng relasyon nina Vic at Pauleen bago sila mag-desisyon na magpakasal ngayong taong 2016.

Matapos ang kanilang kasal, sandaling magpapahinga ang dalawa mula sa kanilang showbiz projects upang makapag-honeymoon sa Maldives. -- FRJ, GMA News
