Kiko Matos apologizes for his actions, appeals for understanding from bashers

What seemed like a one time brawl at a bar has turned into an MMA fight, but Kiko Matos and Baron Geisler seem unable to keep their hands (and feet) away from each other.

Days before the match, a kick from Matos to Geisler was caught on camera and the video once again went viral. Facing criticism about being called "Mr. Cheapshot" and "Traydor", Matos wrote a lengthy post on Facebook early Saturday asking people to understand where he is coming from.

Matos apologized for his deeds, but defended himself, saying that people shouldn't stick to keyboards and take action instead.
