Kris Aquino apologizes to fans for not being able to take a picture in HK
Kris Aquino took to Instagram on Sunday to apologize for a group of fans who were unable to take a picture with her at a store in Hong Kong.
The popular television host blamed the service at the store for her inability to accommodate the request of the group of Filipinos who were in line with her.
"Sending this message to the group of Filipinas behind me sa line in the beauty products chain here in HK I choose not to name (kasi masungit talaga their service)- I apologize because I know you wanted pics but after I paid, yung checker inisa isa all the lashes & eyeliner I bought, super slow na nga, hindi pa nice yung salesgirls eh bayad naman na & kung nagka mistake, not my fault but the cashier's, sad because so different from the innate charm of Pinoys, and the efficiency & helpfulness of the Japanese," she wrote.
"I'm sorry because I think nainip kayo- when I looked for you- you were gone. I hope this message manages to reach you- hindi ko intention to not have a pic- I just didn't want it inside the store. ?"
Fans, meanwhile, backed up Kris' assessment of the service in Hong Kong.
"That's what I noticed too in HK... Nobody wants to be bothered with a question or clarification plus so hard to communicate .." wrote @desicapili.
@brbalita chimed in: "So true. Their service is bad. If you ask for shoes to fit and then ask for@another they will get mad at you. Unlike here even if you ask for more to fit theyll accomodate you."
Kris is currently on a tour of different countries with sons Josh and Bimby. The trio spent the past week in Tokyo, Japan, before flying to Hong Kong.
Fans are anticipating Kris' return to the country after she confirmed that she has left ABS-CBN, instead signing up with television pioneer Antonio Tuviera, the head honcho of TAPE Inc. which produces Eat Bulaga, and APT Entertainment, which co-produces Sunday Pinasaya with GMA-7. —JST, GMA News
