Fans celebrate original Danaya's return to Encantadia as Lilasari

Finally, the identity of the mysterious Lilasari was revealed on Tuesday on Encantadia.

And fans following the show from its original incarnation were pleasantly surprised to find that it was a familiar face: Diana Zubiri.

The actress originally played Danaya during the first Encantadia series a decade ago. Today, her revelation as the mysterious figure was a cause for celebration on Twitter, where the phrase "Si Diana Zubiri" and #MukhaNiLilaSari were both trending topics.
