Maine shows off 'tropical state of mind' in Maldives

Maine Mendoza is in a "tropical state of mind."

The Kapuso actress is in the Maldives for a much-needed vacation after the end of her first primetime television series "Destined To Be Yours."

She posted a photo on Instagram showing off her abs as well as her pierced belly-button.

Last April, Maine opened up about plans to go to the beautiful destination after the end of the series.

"Gusto ko pong magpunta sa Maldives na talaga. Gusto ko pong makapag-beach after 'Destined To Be Yours' para makapagpahinga, makapag-break bago po mag-start yung movie," she said.

When asked who she wanted to go with for her vacation, she replied: "Siyempre po 'yung mga taong mahal ko... 'yung mga... you know [who]." —JST, GMA News
