Aicelle Santos gets surprise of a lifetime from fiancé Mark Zambrano
Aicelle Santos, who has been in the UK for the past four months slaying the stage as Gigi in the UK tour production of Miss Saigon, has been away from fiancé Mark Zambrano for the same period of time.
We can’t imagine how much the two must miss each other.
On Instagram early Monday morning (Manila time), the lovers shared a video of Mark surprising Aicelle — yep, he flew to the UK to do just that — and it’s all kinds of kilig!
With a bouquet of sunflowers in tow, Mark hid in among the shrubbery lining the side entrance of the Theater Royal Plymouth, where Aicelle stepped out, completely missing Mark, who had crept up from Aicelle’s behin to surprise his fiancee.
It was a resounding success: Aicelle collapsed in Mark’s embrace and burst into tears as onlookers clapped for the happily reunited couple.
“Don’t cry, Mark told Aicelle, who jokingly shot back: “You lied!”
On Instagram, Mark thanked Aicelle's colleagues "for making the night extra special."
Aicelle, meanwhile, posted two versions of the video. "I still can't believe you're here with me now, mahal ko! I've been longing for this day," a portion of her caption read.
