Regine reveals the role of Maine and Alden in her mom's healing from dad’s untimely demise

Call it healing by way of Aldub.

At Alden’s Adrenaline Rush concert last Saturday, Regine Velasquez revealed the role that Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza played in healing her mother after her dad’s untimely death.

“When he passed away, syempre malungkot si mommy. Duon nag-umpisa ang Alden at sobra siyang na-in love sa inyong dalawa ni Maine, na one day, sabi niya sa amin, ‘uy, alam niyo, naka move on na ako,” Asia's Songbird related on stage, adding how grateful the entire family was for AlDub.

In a video clip by PEP.ph, Regine also shared with the titillated audience at the Araneta Coliseum that AlDub actually surprised Mommy Tess on one of her birthdays, making it her best birthday ever.
