KC Concepcion gets emotional as she sings for mom Sharon Cuneta

KC Concepcion was in tears as she sang for her mom Megastar Sharon Cuneta during her 40th anniversary concert in Smart Araneta Coliseum on Friday evening.

Sharing a video clip of her moment with Sharon on Instagram, KC wrote a sweet note for her mother.

"Mom, I’ve grown up my whole life by your side, touring the world, watching you do this- performing on stage, singing your own songs for thousands of people who love you. This song in particular 'If I Could' has been one you’ve been singing to me since I was 7 years old... I can’t believe that tonight, I got to sing this song not just alongside you - but FOR you."
