Jason Abalos playfully remembers the day he met GF Vickie Rushton

Jason Abalos on Instagram Wednesday posted a playful anniversary greeting to girlfriend Vickie Rushton.

He teasingly recalled the fateful day he met the beauty queen in Bacolod eight years ago.

“Fan na fan lang kita tapos umakyat ka pa sa stage para kantahan ko. Kilig na kilig ka pa nga eh, tapos nanligaw ka na, dumadalaw ka sa Manila galing Bacolod,” he wrote in the caption.

In the comments section, Vickie gamely countered, “sabihin mo ang totoo!!! Ha ha ha ha! (Ang totoo siya nakakita sakin sa malayo)” and then revealing the truth, Vickie wrote, “Nanahimik ako jan pinilit niyo ako umakyat.”

She later joked him about his singing capabilities: “At ikaw ang hindi makakanta dahil nanginginig haha, sino daw kinikilig?”
