Nicko Falcis on Kris Aquino: ‘I refuse to be her victim’

Nicko Falcis, Kris Aquino’s ex-business partner with whom she had already filed complaints against, took to Facebook Saturday to air his side.

“No more bullying. Let’s end this #Krisis because I refuse to be her victim,” Nicko began, before describing the last four months as “the most challenging and stressful chapter of my life.”

It was in the last four months, when their legal battle emerged into the public spotlight.

“No amount of disease is grave enough to escape the fact that she is the true villain,” Nicko continued, drumming up a five-point list on why discussions could not take place.

According to Nicko, Kris had banned him from going to her house/village, bullied and harassed everyone around him to the point of hiring trolls and a PR agency to message each and every social media contact sending links about her accusations; filed baseless cases so she can be “a powerful brat/oligarch/bully forcing us into her narrative,” name-dropped all her connections and army of lawyers to foreshadow her victory, and finally, “her strength with her words and how she spins stories.”

“If you will deeply analyze, she NEVER denied making grave threats, but her lawyers played her meek i-am-a-mother role to diffuse the allegations,” he continued.

Nicko added, “Fabricating the truth is worse than lying. And she mastered that art.”

He then emphasized Kris’ allegations against him “are false and without basis. The cases she filed against me are but a part of her scheme to coerce me into involuntarily submitting to her will and complying with her unreasonable demands, including that I and members of my family execute the documents she intended for our signatures.”

“Because I have not complied with her demands, she threatened to kill me if I return to the Philippines, destroyed my good name and reputation, and caused me and my family great hardship.”

Nicko earlier sent PEP.ph his statement, where he described how they became partners. “For 18 months I labored to build her digital and social media career by creating online content and acquiring brand endorsement contracts.”

He also shared their compensation agreement, and said he’s actually not been paid P9 million worth of commissions, something she conveniently left out while she has harangued me and my family on her claim that I stole P1.2 million using a credit card issued in my name.”

Shortly after Nicko took to Facebook Saturday, Kris also went on a FB live video, where she revealed she had a “form of lupus” and that what the doctors were doing was “delaying the inevitable.”

In the live video, Kris also addressed Nicko: “Hindi na ako galit sa iyo, Niko. Pero harapin mo naman ang lahat ng kaso mo, ‘yun lang. I did not lie. I don’t want to die being a ccused as a liar.”

In November, Kris filed complaints for 44 counts of qualified theft against Nicko. — LA, GMA News
