Christian Bautista and Josh Groban's amazing duet in Manila concert

Lea Salonga wasn’t the only special guest at Josh Grobran’s recently-concluded concert in Metro Manila. Asia’s Romantic Balladeer Christian Bautista surprised the guests gathered at the Mall of Asia arena on Friday night, when he opened the show.

Josh introduced Christian as “somebody who is as kind as he is talented.”

The two performed a duet, “We Will Meet Once Again,” which the American singer said was the first time he ever performed it in concert. 

“It’s a song I recorded with Andrea Bocelli 20 years after standing in for him in the Grammy’s,” Josh said, to which Christian replied, “when I started singing, I sang all your songs… Your music defined me when I was starting. Without you, I wouldn’t be here right now.”
