Eddie Garcia’s remains taken to Heritage Park for cremation, says stepson Mikee Romero

The family of veteran actor Eddie Garcia, who passed away on Thursday afternoon, has requested some privacy to grieve.

According to Nelson Canlas' report on "State of the Nation with Jessica Soho", the Garcia family's spokesperson Dr. Tony Rebosa said the funeral details would be announced on Friday.

Garcia's stepson, 1-Pacman Representative Mikee Romero, confirmed that the actor's remains have been transported from the Makati Medical Center to the Heritage Park in Taguig for cremation. 

Romero said viewing is set to start as early as 9 a.m. Friday and may go on until Sunday. —NB, GMA News
